REQUIREMENTS
By paying this 50 5 Deposit, I understand and agree:
1. That I will abide meticulously and precisely by any and all safety procedures required by
Majority Arms, LLC. and that I agree to sign a statement releasing Majority Arms, LLC. from any
injury I may sustain during the training session.
2. That the operations of Majority Arms, LLC. depend upon careful control of deadly firearms
by each student and such control and safety is dependent upon the committed cooperation of its
clients; therefore, I understand that my instruction may be terminated, without a refund, at any time
during the course if my conduct is deemed unsatisfactory by staff.
3. I will be at least 18 years of age at the time of class or will be accompanied by or have the
express permission of my parent or guardian, who will accept full responsibility for my actions.
**Please note that those applicants under 18 years of age must obtain prior permission to attend a class.
4. I understand that my deposit is non-refundable,
5. I am legally able to purchase a firearm.
- Proof of no criminal background. We accept the TWIC card, proof of current employment at Hospital or School District, AK Conceal Carry Permit or we will run a background check for a cost of $5.00
- A semi-automatic handgun or revolver* (full size recommended), smallest caliber allowed is .380
- Hip-holster, belt, magazine pouch and at least 2 extra magazines or speedloaders (4 preferred)
- Appropriate clothing (ball cap, closed toe footwear, etc)
- 500 rounds of ammunition
- Safety glasses and hearing protection (those hard of hearing must wear electronic ear muffs)
- A packed lunch and plenty of water
- A safe mindset and a positive attitude
- Knee pads provided

- This 2 day pistol course focuses on using a handgun for self defense. Both beginners and those with previous handgun training will benefit from this course by learning those skills necessary for proper skill development–subconscious firearm manipulation. You will be fast and you will be accurate by the end of this class. The student will achieve a higher level of confidence and emerge stronger and more alert, being able to respond quickly in a defensive situation. With such confidence comes PEACE OF MIND.
- The first 3 hours of class will be in the classroom discussing safety, mindset, combat triad, dry fire practice, range procedures and commands and principles of self-defense. The remaining hours will be on the range learning presentation, tactical and speed reloads, clearing malfunctions type 1, 2 and 3, shooting from retention, pivots and turns, movement while shooting, barricades and negotiating corners, shooting while kneeling and in prone, engaging multiple targets and working as a team.
