By paying this 50 5 Deposit, I understand and agree:
1. That I will abide meticulously and precisely by any and all safety procedures required by
Majority Arms, LLC. and that I agree to sign a statement releasing Majority Arms, LLC. from any
injury I may sustain during the training session.
2. That the operations of Majority Arms, LLC. depend upon careful control of deadly firearms
by each student and such control and safety is dependent upon the committed cooperation of its
clients; therefore, I understand that my instruction may be terminated, without a refund, at any time
during the course if my conduct is deemed unsatisfactory by staff.
3. I will be at least 18 years of age at the time of class or will be accompanied by or have the
express permission of my parent or guardian, who will accept full responsibility for my actions.
**Please note that those applicants under 18 years of age must obtain prior permission to attend a class.

COURSE INFO
REQUIREMENTS
- Proof of no criminal background (you need to be able to legally purchase a firearm). We accept a TWIC card, hospital/nursing home employee ID, school district employee ID as proof of no criminal background. Otherwise background check are an additional $5:00
- Must be 21 years of age or turn 21 within 12 months of class
- Minimum Caliber for OUR course is .380
- Proper attire- ball cap, closed toe footwear, etc.
- A semi-auto handgun* or revolver, hip-holster (we now make Kydex holsters–Call us for details), magazine pouch with at least 2 extra magazines (or 2 speed reloaders), and a belt.
- Concealment holster if applicable
- Safety glasses and hearing protection (Rental $2 each, those hard of hearing are required to use amplified muffs)
- Minimum of 250 rounds of ammo
- A safe mindset and positive attitude
- An Uplula Universal Speed loader is HIGHLY recommended (you won’t regret the purchase of one)
- Handgun and gear rentals available for $25
- This concealed carry class is a 12 hour full day course meeting from 8a-8p. Class starts with lecture reviewing firearm safety then heads to the range and ending in the classroom with a lecture going over the firearm laws of Alaska. After reviewing basic marksmanship skills the course will progress to defensive and tactical principles important to carrying a concealed firearm. Live fire fundamental drills will be done using a hip holster. Once those skills are mastered, the remaining live fire drills will be from concealment including speed reloads, malfunctions and immediate action drills and moving with a handgun.
- The class ends with a written exam and a live-fire competency test. The written test is a 25 question test with a minimum of 70% to pass. The competency test is a 24 round test starting from the 3 yard line continuing to 15 yards, it is a 260 point drill needing 182 points to pass. This live-fire test is not timed.
- After completion of this class, you will be eligible to attend the Non-resident Utah Conceal Carry course. With the Utah permit you will be able to conceal in Washington State. Cost is $50 for our students, which includes fingerprinting.
